Are you accepting new clients?
Luxe Hair Studio is always welcoming new guests looking for gray coverage & highlighting services.
Where should I park?
The salon is located in MY SALON Suite. There is a parking lot on the west side of the building. If that lot is full no worries, you can also park on the east side.
How do I change my appointment I have scheduled?
When you make an appointment a confirmation email is sent to your inbox this email or text is where you can change the time and date if it’s more than 48 hours. If it’s less than 48 hours the booking system will not allow you too modify or change your appointment .If you are canceling or changing your appointment and it’s less than 48 hours a 50% of the session booked rebooking fee will be charged before the next appointment will be accepted.
Should I come with my hair a certain way if I am getting color and or highlights?
Yes to ensure the best color and or highlighting results hair lifts and colors best when clean and dry. For the best results clarify to remove buildup and lightly condition ends the night before your appointment.
I don’t see the service on the list that I usually get?
Christean specializes in lived-in hair color, highlighting,foilayage and balayage services. There are services Christean does not do.
What forms of payment are accepted?
Luxe Hair Studio accepts all major credit cards and cash.

How do I change the services I have booked for my appointment?
Unfortunately the booking system will not allow you to change the services you originally selected. You will have to cancel and start over.
