First schedule a 30-minute consultation for hair color or highlighting services which will take place on a different day from your service. Once that’s booked, you can book your first session and get one step closer to achieving the hair you will love!

I know that visiting a new salon can be both exciting and a little nerve-wracking, especially if you're unsure of what to expect. But don’t worry—I’m here to make it easy for you! Here’s everything you need to know to ensure your first visit is smooth, relaxing, and completely enjoyable. I can’t wait to welcome you!
The Pre-visit
Great news! You’ll receive an email and text reminder three days before your appointment, giving you plenty of time to reschedule if needed. Life happens, and I totally understand! Just keep in mind that any changes should be made at least 48 hours in advance. I can’t wait to see you in the salon!

Prepare for your appointment
A picture is worth a thousand words—especially when it comes to your hair! Before your appointment, I recommend browsing Pinterest for some inspiration. Pick 1-2 photos of colors or styles you love and even 1-2 of what you’d rather avoid. This helps us create the perfect look just for you.
Let's get prepared! Book your 30-minute consultation and be sure to fill out the consultation form beforehand. This helps us create the perfect plan for your hair, including any clarifying treatments needed before your color service. Plus, you can upload all your Pinterest inspiration photos right here—I can't wait to see your vision come to life!
Come comfy and ready to relax! If you're getting lowlights or a darker color, I recommend wearing dark pants—though I provide a smock, sometimes color can sneak onto light-colored fabrics. If you tend to get chilly, no worries! I have a cozy light blanket to keep you warm, and there are always drinks and snacks available to make your visit even more enjoyable.

Your First Visit
Parking is easy! You’ll find it on the west side of the building inside the chain-link fenced area. Just a heads-up—there are four spots in the middle reserved for another business, Event Makers.
When you arrive, head to the front door—the left side will be unlocked. Once inside the lobby, check the directory screen and find Luxe Hair Studio. Give me a quick call, and I’ll buzz you in! My suite is easy to find—just head straight ahead to Suite 206.
If you arrive and I’m still with another client, no worries! Feel free to make yourself comfortable in one of the lobby chairs. I’ll be with you in no time!
Post visit
Hold off on washing your hair—your fresh color needs time to settle! For the best results, wait 24-48 hours before your first wash. This helps the color lock in beautifully and gives your hair’s cuticle time to relax. Trust me, your hair will thank you
